Mel's 21st Cake

This is a two tier chocolate cake. This is the first time I have used tragacanth to add to the fondant to help it set. I added it several days ahead and let it do it's thing. Then when I made the bow it stood up well. I was also really happy about the way the ribbons stayed in place.
