This is only the second time I have used a moulded tin. I found that the cake did cook well enough but the details were not as deep as I would have liked, so it required a lot of referring to the pattern. The topping is made of a product I have not used before - Cremin. It is quite nice to use, takes on colour very well etc. Perfect for piping.
