My first attempt at Red Velvet Cake - The colour was not as red as it should have been. I know there is a knack, I am not sure what it is. If anyone can advise me - great. It has something to do with the mixing in of the vinegar and baking soda at the end of the process. Lots of really yummy white chocolate and cream cheese topping though then white chocolate on the top. Mum enjoyed it, that was the main thing. (That's my Dad in the background).
